Refund Eligibility

Digital download products are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
• The product has not been downloaded or accessed by the customer.
• The customer has encountered technical issues preventing them from accessing the product, which cannot be resolved by Cribsheet Inc. within a reasonable time frame.

Refund Process

2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within [number of days] business days.
