OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved by the state or federal courts located in the state of Delaware.
